ALL Gift Card sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, non transferable and have NO CASH value. 

The Safety Harbor Resort and Spa will NOT fulfill any free gift orders exceeding the required amount due to shopping cart, computer or other technical errors allowing incorrect free gift amounts into your cart. 

New Year's Eve Party or other event or brunch tickets DO NOT count toward free gifts.

No returns or refunds on skincare products, robes or other retail products. 

Event tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Sunday and event brunches can be cancelled 72 hours prior to event. 

All products and service prices are subject to change without notice. 

Spa packages MUST be utilized in their entirety on the same day and cannot be broken into multiple days and cannot be combined with other packages, discounts or coupons. 

Spa services and Sunday brunch MUST be booked IN ADVANCE by calling 727-726-1161 or reserving online at https://tinyurl.com/BookSafetyHarborSpaOnline.  While we do our best to accommodate everyone quickly, please understand the spa generally books appointments 30 days in advance,
